BY MACHINE

        Top Loader:
Let the machine fill up with warm or cold water.  Add 3 tsp/15 ml or more depending on
size and condition of load.  Hard water requires more woolwash.  Turn washer off;  soak articles
at least 15 minutes (soak heavy sweaters and blankets longer);  squeeze gently by hand being
careful not to over stress the material;  DO NOT RINSE!   Turn the washer to spin to bypass the
    rinse cycle.

Lay flat or hang to dry, depending on the article.  Keep your drying articles away from
    direct heat or sunlight

        Front Loader:
Place articles in washing machine.  Add 3 tsp/15 ml or more (depending on size and
condition of load), in the rinse section of the soapdrawer.  Turn the machine to rinse cycle and let
water run in until items are covered.  Stop the machine and let the articles soak at least 15 minutes.
    Turn machine to gentle spin.

TIP:    While wool benefits greatly from NOT being rinsed; other fabrics may be rinsed.  If you
do rinse, just add a few drops of Eucalan to the rinse water for best results.

BY HAND

Add 1 tsp/5 ml to 1 gallon/4L of water.  Soak articles at least 15 minutes.  Squeeze gently
    by hand.  No rinsing required.

Fine fibers such as silk, rayon, linen, cotton and polyester may be rinsed once if desired.
Squeeze excess water out; roll in towel and squeeze.  Depending upon the item, hang or lay flat to
dry.  Silk should be pressed while very damp; rayon when nearly dry.
