Please do not recover your price by a credit card charge back.  We must be contacted by e-mail that you wish a refund and we will instruct you where to return the merchandise.   A refund will be issued after merchandise is received in satisfactory condition.

Orders for boiled wool fabric and/or trim  that are placed by phone are also sold with a 100% money-back guarantee if returned within 60 days of purchase.   Because we understand that sewing projects don't always get started as quickly as we plan, we are allowing extra time for returns of these products.   All other conditions stated above apply.
