handcrafted or pre-packaged products we are reselling that is honored on
items returned within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in
new, resalable condition. Any disputes on custom made-to-order
products will be resolved on a case by case basis.
Please do not recover your price by a credit card charge back. We must be
contacted by e-mail that you wish a refund and we will instruct you
where to return the merchandise. A refund will be issued
after merchandise is received in satisfactory condition.
Shipping and handling charges are added to your total at time of checkout
and
are not refundable.
Orders for
boiled wool fabric and/or trim that
are placed by phone are also sold with
a 100% money-back guarantee if returned within 60
days of purchase. Because we understand that sewing
projects don't always get started as quickly as we plan, we are allowing
extra time for returns of these products. All other
conditions stated above apply.
Shipping and handling for these items are calculated per individual
order, and
are not refundable.
We ship our orders via
UPS and USPS. Insurance will be
provided upon request. We will ship worldwide. If you live
outside the USA, please email us with your order request before paying
and we will contact you with the correct shipping/handling charges.
